  • What is Harbor View?:
    • The Harbor View neighborhood, also known as Lower Orient Heights, is a beautiful area of East Boston that is home to Constitution Beach, great restaurants, and historic homes.
  • Our Mission:
    • The Harbor View Neighborhood Association (HVNA) represents the people who live in/around Harbor View in East Boston. This association is primarily for communication among community members, project coordination, and building community pride and spirit. HVNA is non-partisan and a 501c organization.

  • Membership Info:
    • Anyone living within the Harbor View borders are eligbile to become members of the Harbor View Neighborhood Association
    • In order to become a voting member, a Harbor View resident must have attending at least one of the prior three monthly meetings
